Join our dynamic Finance and Valuation team as a Graduate Analyst, where you’ll play an integral role in driving innovative projects and shaping the future of our business.

For over 40 years, Oxera has had a strong reputation for solving challenges relating to financial economics. Our expertise spans multiple fields of applied economics and finance, including valuation analysis, behavioural finance, corporate finance, capital markets and corporate governance.

Our broad services range from economic and financial analysis in state aid assessments to analysis of capital markets microstructure. Our unrivalled state aid expertise has seen us being involved in high-profile cases in a number of sectors across Europe, including energy, financial services, pharmaceuticals, post, sports infrastructure, telecoms and transport.

Your role in the Finance and Valuation team:

  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to resolve complex economics issues
  • Conduct empirical and quantitative analysis in Excel, Stata, R and/or Python
  • Write reports, presentations and articles, independently or in conjunction with others

We’re looking for:

  • An undergraduate degree (essential) and a postgraduate degree (desirable).The degrees in combination should cover topics in both Economics and Finance, with a minimum of 2:1 UK or its equivalent
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • A collaborative team player approach
  • Fluency in spoken and written English. An additional European language is desirable, and is a requirement for those based in offices other than Oxford, London or Brussels
  • Relevant work experience (desirable)
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Stata and/or R (desirable)
