Will Oxera apply for a work permit for me?
Yes. We accept applications from candidates of all nationalities. Oxera is a licensed sponsor and is happy to receive applications from candidates who have not yet embarked on the visa process, but we will not be able to employ them until they have obtained permission.
Will having an unspent conviction prevent me from working at Oxera?
It will not necessarily prevent you but we will need to assess your conviction in relation to the role you have applied for.
Will I be informed if my application is unsuccessful?
Yes. We will contact you at each stage of the recruitment process to advise you of the outcome of your application.
I have been unsuccessful—can I request feedback?
Due to the large number of applications received, we may not be able to offer detailed feedback on your application. However, candidates who reach the interview stage will be able to receive feedback on their application. This can be requested by emailing HRQueries@oxera.com. You will normally receive a response within two weeks.
